MI LFE IN USA - 25/10/2009

Thursday, we went to Boston. We did The Freedon Trail, that is a small tour of Boston. After we went to The Boston Statehouse and finally we wneto to eat in Quincy Market.
In the evening I went to the outlets again with Rodrigo, Daniel, Paula, Alex y Nicole.


Friday, the last day in the High School and Shadow day. In the afternoon we went to the supermarket and Paula´s house to make typical Spanish foods and it was very funny. Later we went to other burnfire in Alex´s house



Saturday in the morning I went shopping, in the afternoon I went with Val, Nicole, Alex and Rodri to skate in a rink and in the evening the Haloween party. My custome was a football palyer

Sunday,my last day in America, a day very very very sad. All the people cried a lot. I want to come back.

The best experiencie in my life but I´m sure there will be second part! =)

MI LIFE IN USA - 21/10/2009

Tuesday we had an ''early release day", this day we left class 10:30 and then we went to the outlets.

Wednesday we had "shadow day" and in the evening all de spanish people went to a " charla" in which only spanish is spoken.

Thursday we wento to Plymouth where the first settlers arrived and we saw one Indian and one American village of the time.

Friday, "shadow day" again, it was a boring day, but in the afernoon I played with Alejandro, Daniel and Rodrigo Sing Star and Guitar Hero.

Saturday I had free day and I woke up at 11 and I went to a mall. In the evening I went with Alejandro, Rodrigo, Nicole, Val ( Rodrigo's host) and Val's sister to Gilette Stadium to see a soccer game of the Revolution team, the team of Boston.

Sunday and Monday we stayed in NY, I did a lot of things. First we went to shopping in the 5th Avenue, then we did a little tour to NY by bus and in the evening we went to to see a musical in Brodway, Shrek, and we saw Times Square. The second day we went Liberty Island, Brooklin bridge and we stayed in the MoMA, Musseum of Modern Art. We returned to Milford at 10 pm.

Tuesday we had another " Shadow day" and in the afternnon we saw a soccer game in the High School and we went to de biggest mall in Massachusetts!

Today we went to see the Mansions of Newport and we returned to Milford at 5 pm. This afternnon I bought a pumpkin and I decorated too.

MY LIFE IN USA - 13/10/2009

Friday we had ''Shadow day'', after we left the High School by yellow bus to go Boston.There we visited Fenway park, Red Sox' home, and we have seen a Celtics game. It was incredible! I love NBA!!!and the Celtics wins!!

Saturday I went to Patriots Place (patriots stadium and a lot of store and restaurants) with Daniel and my family, and in the evening we went to a party at Olivia's house and made a bonfire.

Sunday we went with Daniel, again, to the Basketball Hall of Fame and in the afternon I had a party only fot boys in Daniel's house. We played ping-pong and Guitar Hero.

Yesterday we went to Boston and made the Duck Tour (are some vehicles that can travel over land and water). It's been fun. After we went to visit the Science Museum of Boston, one of the best in the world. In the afternoon I stayed in home and played Guitar Hero with Nicole.

MI LIFE IN USA - 8/10/2009

Yesterday we went to see Milford, we saw the Memorial Hall, one library and the Little Red House (An old clothes factory) . In the evening I went to a hockey game, but this it's so boring and came back home soon.



Today we went to Middle East School to see children of 12-13 years. They were so nice and they asked us a lot of questions. Then we returned to the High School to computer's class. In the afternoon we went to see a soccer game ( in this game played Trevor's sister). And it was very funny. Now I'm so tired and I will go to bed.

New York

The best trip of my life and we only stayed 2 days, Sunday and Monday.

We left Milford at 6:30 to go New York. When we arrived, the teachers left us 1 hour in the 5th Avenue, there are a lot of stores, like Nike, Tiffany´s and the NBA store.

After we did one little tour for NY by bus and we say Central Park, Greenwich village, The World Trade Center, Flatiron and Dakota building, Empire State Building and Chinatown.

In the evening we went to see one musical in Brodway, Sherk, there was very funny. When the paly finished, we wento to Times Square and then we returned to our hotel, The Wellington.

The next day we went to visit The statue of liberty and the MoMA ( Musseum of Modern Art). There was interesting. I bought a lot of things in NY and I want to come back more time because is the best city in the world.

We arrived to Milford at 10 pm.

Sports

The sports in America are very important and there are a lot of, like Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Nascar, Ice hockey and the most important: American Football.

There are in the TV a lot of chanels only for the sports.

In Boston and Massachusetts are very important teams of sport like: Boston Celtics (Basketball), Boston Bruins (Ice hockey), Red Sox (Baseball), New England Patriots (American Football) and New England Revolution (Soccer)

In the High School the sports are vere important too and helps them for the university.

The sports in the High School are: football, soccer, basketball, valley ball, tennis, running, swimming, filed hockey and the cheerleaders.

There practise sports boys and girls.

Every days are a game or something related to sport, it´s awesome.

Television

In USA the television are very important, in my house for example there are 5 TV.
There are a lot of channels like: ESPN, MTV,CNN, CBS , FOX or NBC
The series are the same as in spain: House, Lost, How i met your mother, Dexter, Family guy....
In the American TV are very important the sports channels like ESPN, I love this channel.

There are show mans too like Buenafuente or Pablo Motos in Spain: David Letterman and Jay Leno.
